Program Format

This sample includes the first four lessons of the full A Minute to Think course, along with our signature Thieves of Time Assessment.

Each week follows a simple structure:

The course is designed to be time-smart and immediately useful, with concepts you can apply after just one lesson.

What Are Huddles — and Why They Matter

Huddles are brief team conversations that occur after each weekly lesson. They are the most critical part of the program. These discussions allow your team to:

  • Reflect on what they learned
  • Share insights, challenges, and progress
  • Support each other in applying the course concepts

You don’t need to invent the questions—we provide weekly huddle prompts inside the course platform. Even if the material feels like common sense, the huddles turn it into common practice.

Your Role as Administrator

Your job is to:

  • Notify your team of the program start. You can download a template here.
  • Share the access instructions with your team found in your welcome email.
  • Encourage your team to complete one lesson early in the week
  • Support them in meeting for four short huddles—held later in the week.
  • Answer basic questions and keep energy high.

You do not need to host a formal kickoff, prep materials, or track progress. Set the tone and help your team create space for the work.
